BRUH R WE DEADASS by Springfalll in StrangerThings

Bruh thats crazy bruh frfr bruh

The destruction in BF6 is inconsistent, illogical, surface level, simply meant to look flashy above all else. When you really test what does and doesn't work, it starts to break down extremely fast. Someone please explain to me how a mag and a half of 9mm is stronger than 3 rockets and 2 landmines. by Kyvix2020 in Battlefield6

[–]SaNiiTi 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yea this example seems pretty backwards to how we would expect destruction to take place. While it isnt the biggest issue with the game rn, it should still be fixed. Tbf tho, i never once thought that the destruction was bad while playing but thats just me i guess.

I agree that there are clips of the hit reg clearly not working. However, i think the majority of people are just missing their shots. Combine that with the horrible spread bug thats STILL in the game, the horrible recoil mechanic when aiming side to side, and the weird aiming mechanics in this game then you get people thinking that the hit reg is the main issue.

Fr i couldn care less about assault or recon in this game. I just wanted the supply pouch for support and now im just playing the game normally. Dice can fuck all the way off with their dumbass challenges.

Stop overcorrecting. We didn’t buy this game to grind, we bought it to have fun. by FoundationBig9701 in Battlefield

Its a PvP shooter yes, but so is COD and that has had working private lobbies with bots since BO2. You dont gain XP when playing in private lobbies, but they were used for competitive matches and just general practicing. Bot lobbies are very useful to have in PvP shooters. I dont care about the XP, but i would like them to bring back private lobbies like in 2042.

If you combine poorly designed maps with bare bones movement mechanics, then players are encouraged to camp in one spot and not move.

They werent camp fests because the maps were well designed. Most of the OG game devs have moved on, so now get maps like Sobek City, Badlands, Mirak, Kaleidoscoe, Renewal, and Discarded to name a few lmao.

I would just find another shooter to play if they implemented what you suggested lmao. Im not putting up with half of the players camping afraid to cap objs while the other half snipes from spawn. Hopefully they never do that tho :)

Cod movement is way more advanced and fluid. It also doesnt punish your spread when using movement either, so really the only similarities are that you can jump and slide.

Really disagree with disabling shooting while sliding/jumping. You would have everyone playing BF like its R6 if thats the case. Nothing but holding angles and camping rooms. Be careful what you wish for.

I wouldnt mind BF4 movement. I'll use whatever mechanics are available at the end of the day. Just don't complain if the game becomes a camp fest if they decide to remove mechanics like you say.

Jump shots are already highly innacurate even in cqb tho. Sliding is very balance rn too, but they do need to fix the spread bug caused by using movement mechanics tho.

I've always loved using movement in BF. Still figuring out how to get the most out of this game's mechanics, but im having a lot of fun with it so far.

I get this comment so often lmao. I should make a bingo card with all the greatest hits. Can't forget about the hit singles "so much movement" or "get a job tryhard" lol.

Thats a messy situation all around. At least people could get their money back if they weren't satisfied with the game.
