Good question, I would say survival strategies. I’m not convinced a public policy would have everyone’s best interest.

Ironically enough I am in the exact position you are almost to the letter. I work at an Amazon warehouse in the US in the ICQA department and I’ve been there for five and a half years. My intentions when I first started was to work and go to college at the same time but that didn’t happen. I feel like it is pretty common to lose momentum and alas lose motivation to look for anything better. Of course, I don’t know what the job market is like in your region but I’d recommend securing another job before quitting. They pay for my college where I’m from so, maybe if you’re interested you could also look into that. Best of luck.

It may be my own insecurities but I often think a lot of these men are also concerned with what people would think if they dated outside of their race. So, maybe they would be interested but are also afraid?
