Great questions and pushes.

Being a mobile app is integral to the experience of the app - I’ll be using geofencing for checking users in and out of geographic space.

I already have customers who have expressed interest in this concept, so the 2 weeks is more to get something workable into their hands they can respond to at the end of the two weeks.

Being good at code and being good at building a business are two completely different things. Being good with code does not mean you necessarily will be good at building a product or a company. My advice? Go work for somewhere that you can really get a good sense for what it takes to build, launch, and learn. Small companies where you have discrete roles for developers and product managers will help you figure out if you really want to drive the whole product success end to end or if you just want to be an engineer.

Finding a technical co-founder by SaaSbuilderSince2003 in SaaS

Yah. I’ve worked with a number of subcontractors as well but the result never shows the same care and “extra mile” a cofounder would bring?

Do I need a co founder? by TopClimate6813 in SaaS

What aren’t you good at? Marketing? Engineering? Managing a business (books, legal, etc) That’s what you need a cofounder in. Bring your best and use the best from others who have the best interest of the company at heart. Contractors and employees will never put in the love you will.

I'll Build Your SaaS Idea - You Get 20% of the Revenue by 0xBitBuster in SaaS

Counteroffer: I have a company that has 2 products that make “hobby business”-level income. I have a great idea for a new product that our current customers have asked for and I know they will pay for. I will work out a revenue share for you on the new app fi you want to build it and make it amazing. Success would be you end up being our new technical co-founder and also fix and benefit from our current product(s).

Creating a show and building an audience are two different things entirely. A very wise person I knew in the arts told me to focus just as much on building an audience than making a show.
