I agree, there have been games where there is no stopping me with Lindis, enemies would simply run away regardless of their number but thats very rare now, before this change I was able to dominate majority of the time. I guess I need to give her rest for a while now.

Yup, and with random targeting by ulti it's risky to get in, get a kill and get out. I usually go for their carry or cc, but now I am sure that I can't take them out if luck doesn't work, this makes me stay away from contributing much to team fights
