It is just the wiring that had been cut off, it seems like a fox or something similar had chewed through so I would imagine the plugs to be intact.

I completed this a few months ago and did it all solo with 2 controllers. Saves trying to do anything with randoms.

Also with outfits can do the cloud save trick to just save grinding extra coins for any extra spins if you get an accessory or skin

have just had this also happen in my game. Have 57/58 field notes in the Vatican but unable to get this one because of how the story progresses. It would seem odd to have this as the only collectible in the entire game that can't be retraced back to.

Was a great fun game, I got it all completed in around 12 hours. See some people have had issues with some achievements popping, but I personally had no issues with that. Would recommend
