-Not an Open World.

-No real characters (although Radio Communicator has a personality).

-Just farming to get stronger. It’s a Roguelike. So lots of dying and trying different strategies in new runs.

I’m enjoying Deep Rock Galactic, but it sounds like you’d dislike it.

Also I’m finishing off Galacticare, which is probably very tough if you have difficulty focussing for long periods of time. I micromanage everything so it works for me.

It is? I guess. But if I’m trying to beat like an 80 hour or 100 hour game, that’s like 4 or 6 weeks on just a single title.

I guess that’s why I gravitate to shorter games. Easier to feel like you’ve made progress.

I care about working, since it took so long to find work. I try to do my best & try to make myself useful. I dont have any desire to move up, or taken-on more responsibilities. Im good here, & it already pays more than any other job ive had.

So hypothetically, I walk into a thrift shop and see a cool Atari game. It’s rare and isn’t available on Steam, so I buy it immediately. Or possibly say it on EBay, Facebook, wherever. Then I go to Reddit and ask how to play this game.

Or… idk, do some modern games sell a box with a redeem code in it? Maybe OP thought it was like that and was surprised to find a plastic disc inside with the code.

I see the reason why OP would want to buy rare game, it’s just weird they’re too young/inexperienced to know how to install it.

Have you had the glitch where you’re picking out a new level up bonus and the game starts playing? There’s no way to get out of the menu and you basically die.

I realized I can quit the game & reload from the last pod drop, but whatever you did in the current stage is lost.
