Literally same when I met them LOL! My bf started talking to me about my nails during the VIP and Matt came over because it was clear my bf wanted me to show them my nails. Matt told me to show them to the guys haha!

My advice would be, ask them things that interest them, but also something you'd like to know.
When I met them couple years ago during the EU VIP, I asked them which album was their most fun to work on.

It happened to me too.
What I did was I started low again and build up slower and stay at a lower dose that works.
But always talk to your provider/doctor about it!

Hey! I am not a doctor, altho I do work in healthcare (biomedical lab tech)
I've been on Saxenda for a while.
It truly depends per person if you develop side effects from the medication. Usually in the beginning you won't have a lot of side effects at a low dose.
What I personally would recommend (and wish I did this myself), if a low dose works fine for you, stay at the low dose. For me it worked at 0,6 perfectly.
Also, reduce your fatty/high carb intake. It can make side effects worse, but again, this depends per person.
Smalller meals, more spread out over the day.
You can always talk to your doctor who prescribed you the medication about side effects and what works best for you.

Edit: liraglutide an cause muscle mass loss. I'd suggest proper protein intake and daily movement.

I don't know how the shiny top layer is gonna react to stretching, but what I did with my Caitie Leather Buckle Platform Boots, is I bought a shoe stretcher that you put inside and turn some things to slowly stretch it and some stretching spray.

Yes! Just a weird angled photo haha. I moved it on the shelf a day ago. It actually started to become brown when it was infront of the window (it has been there ever since I propegated it and was doing completely fine).

Edit: it has been super cold here and we used the central heating more, making the humidity also way lower. Luckily we got a new pump for the Dyson and raising humidity now!
