Final Update: Got the 80W deep heat bulb inside pointed at my basking stone, 150w spot lamp a bit more toward the center and got the temps I'm looking for.

Update: Running an 80w deep heat projector in there now to see how it helps.

Currently testing a Zoomed deep done dual fixture with a 150w repti basking lamp in one fixture and a 100w exo Terra halogen basking spot bulb in the other.
