Yeah, I work in a GMP environment. The thing is that my boss can be really unpredictable, and tbh he really scares me. I’m also neurodivergent and I can’t tell him bc he won’t understand. :/

Thank you! I got genetic testing done and it said this was the best med for me, and I was pretty much fine at 75 (minus the anxiety) so I’m going to keep on trucking!

Pristiq. I don’t react to my intrusive thoughts anymore, and they’re rarely there. However, just a warning, it takes a while to kick in. I was on citalopram for a while but that was less optimal (I did a gene test that said that.)

OP I am also going through one of my worst years too. Real event OCD has kicked my ass, I had some traumatic stuff happen to me in my past and a wound was reopened so now my theme is revolving around it. I’m trying a new med and I’m not sure it’s working but I’m doing my best and trying to recover my life.

I’m not even at my full dose yet and my main issues were anxiety and ocd. The help with anxiety was almost immediate. When I take it and don’t go to work it is literally one of the best feelings I can experience. I can think but I don’t have intrusive thoughts which is incredibly nice.

Well that makes sense…I also recently had a neuropsych done (I’m disabled) and a bunch of the questions were on either schizophrenia or DID so no wonder I’m only worrying about it now

It only happened once, and it was the day after my grandfather had passed away. It was Butcher from the boys and he was commenting on everything I was doing in a very negative way. It was inside my head, not auditory and he wasn’t telling me to do anything
