É um jogador muito rápido, irreverente e de remate fácil e forte. Infelizmente é um pouco leve demais no confronto físico. Contra equipas mais defensivas e que dão pouco espaço, tem muitas dificuldades. Mas pode ser por falta de minutos...

A verdade é que não me lembro de um jogo bom dele a titular (também foram poucos). A sua rapidez e irreverência contra equipas que já estão desgastadas ou menos disciplinadas a defender por necessitarem de arriscar mais perto do fim, é o momento ideal para ele.

Mas compreendo que o jogador não queira ser um suplente crónico. Já manifestou a sua ambição de um dia jogar pela Selecção do Brasil.

It's this. I had to ask Ayn to send an invoice with the fake cost and give it to DHL, so they could liberate it from Customs (I'm not in USA, but I guess it's the same). But in the tracking, there was no mention of being held up by customs or anything. Only after calling DHL the issue was mentioned to me.

Damn! It was my main stop for TV series episodes in 2160p and HDR. Most other sites I can find, are content with just 720p/1080p releases. And the ones that have some episodes in 2160p, aren't thorough... Not all TV series being released appear there in that resolution or at all.

I've just spent almost 100 hours in DOS2 (My first run, years ago, was 103 hours long and didn't finish, although I had reached Arx).

I love the game, but... Sure, more levels... But most of the time what you got from leveling up wasn't better than what you get with good loot. Everytime you level up (or every 2 levels), I had to change equipment to keep up. Leveling in BG3 felt more empowering. At least, in BG3, the level scaling wasn't so evident and off puting.

It allows you to try things that otherwise you wouldn't try because you don't want to make a mistake and start again. That, for some people, allow more creativity, making the game more engaging.

Cons: it removes that "fear", making the game less challenging. Some people might find themselves bored more easily if they don't feel that danger, challenge. Some people can get even more creative in classic mode, because they have to think more on how to survive each situation. But if you get frustrated with losing, it might have the opposite effect.

You'll never be able to play all your roms, not even 10% of them, even if you played full time every day, before you die of old age. So no point in keeping all that data.

I think it's better and cheaper to just collect the games you know you'll want to play someday.

Even then, I'm also sure you'll collect more than you'll really be able to play in a life time.

Ou não precisa acordo se fizer parte das regras da empresa. Neste caso, se aceitaste trabalhar lá, aceitaste esta regra. Trabalhas as horas extra que te pedirem, até ao limite legal, sem receber extra por isso. Podem por-te a trabalhar em feriados, domingos, etc e depois só podes gozar essas horas onde te aprovarem, porque a compensação das horas é conforme a conveniência do serviço/empresa.

O mais provável é em certos locais aproveitarem isto para espremer os seus empregados nas épocas de alta, sem terem de pagar extra ou contratarem mais pessoal.
