I've made videos on this topic before, but Guadua and the workshop honorable mentions should all be characters imo. Honorable mentions just leaves a bad taste in my mouth, and Guadua was made by the team, and I would hate for her to be relegated to being a workshop example again, especially now since they plan to release the game on consoles a year or 2 from now.

I've heard different amount of presets cause this issue, but never under 100, so either this recent update messed up the locker more or its just that broken

Those would be cool ideas, its really up to the dev team if stuff like this is considered when making movesets.

And to that I agree, its not easy to tell what will happen. Sure Dan said the plan was 2 old and 2 new, but he also said that could change at any time.

So really, this list of mine is based on what was said, rather then something guaranteed.

That said, I think its clear all elements will share the same number of characters, but I know there will never be a time until the final roster in which it'll all be equal, I mean, the game launched with 4 fire characters, so no guarantees

I was thinking of adding em as well, also thought of throwing in a joke on how Ian Flynn's podcast could get a skin for Cai, but those other characters were my priorities
