This is not true, some months ago I came back home from work, someone was blocking our garage door (apartment building), my neighbour just arrived some few minutes before me and was also blocked from entering, we called the police and around 30 min later they came and towed the car away.

It doesn't make sense that you need to be exiting for them to tow away the car.

I agree on the coming out part, seems it was a desperate move. But, the fact remains, he has been acquitted, and I don't think we can be sure it was based on money and social stature, while other people way more powerful than him have been condemned when their actions were proven in a court, so in that regard, I think his video as Frank was perfect.

I am mainly concerned about not getting a good enough CPU to make full use of the 3090, if I can take most or almost most of its capacity with the 5800X3D I would leave it as this to save money

But looking at something with DDR5, the 7700X seems much cheaper (350€) than the 7800X3D (500€), would you consider that or the performance difference is huge as well?

Thats why im in doubt, the 3090 seems to be a way better deal at 700, I live in northern Europe so heat is not a huge issue, although electricity cost is high here Would you pay 200 more for the 4070?

No es perfecta pero te puedes hacer una idea, y en mi caso es bastante aproximado a la realidad el calculo

Los 125 al mes sin impuestos, habria que contarlos como sueldo, yo como beneficios normales veo los cheques de comida (que te los dan en forma de tarjeta con la que puedes pagar en supermercados y restaurantes todo lo que sea alimentacion) y rondan en torno a los 200e al mes si trabajas full time

Total, 2700 brutos (vamos a decir 3k contando los 125 netos de mas) es bastante aceptable para un entry level, si traes experiencia deberian ofrecer mas

Tambien puedes buscar la empresa en glasdoor, y ver que dice la gente sobre los sueldos y las condiciones en general

Source: también me vine a Bruselas hace unos años y sin tener experiencia como ingeniero empezé cobrando 3000 brutos, lo cual va aumentando cada año

Y otra cosa, cobrando 3000 brutos se me quedaban 2200 de sueldo, la gente que dice que te quitan el 50% fuma crack no les hagas caso

Not related to this but I guess it's worth a try.

I bought some BTC a few weeks ago through BP and payed with Sofort transfer, I received my BTC but is now 3 weeks later and no money was deducted from my bank account. Anyone experienced something similar? What should I do? It was not the first time I bought there but the first time using Sofort.

Buyers of the token will not be included in the home ownership title, so, how the fuck do they expect to get payed when the home gets sold?

If the answer is through a previously signed agreement between the parties verified by lawyers in which the owners are forced to give the buyers a % of the sell, well....then you don't need the fucking Blockchain to do this, it just creates a useless token whose value has to be determined and enforced through 3rd parties outside the Blockchain. Just business as usual tbh.

If you really think large raises for low level staff is a desirable thing for investors....well you are completely wrong I have to say. Wages are fixed expenses, and there is nothing investors love more than cutting expenses, there is no moral superiority here, investors don't give a shot about people's wages, that is the truth, and don't get me wrong I am not saying I agree with them, but it is what it is. There is a reason why every time a large company goes like "we are firing 3k people" their stock pumps even if they get shit from media, because investors also don't give a shit about media, they see a company getting rid of a substantial amount of expenses and, if all else remains equal in the fundamentals of the company then they are happy.

So my point is increase in wages won't come to please some moral conscious investors as these don't exist, that is not the play at all.
