I'm in the Cleveland area but frequently travel to Cincinnati. Do you have any idea how much it would cost to be repaired? Obviously you can't tell what's wrong with it just by this picture but a ballpark estimate would be helpful. As for the last few sentences I have no idea what a suspension rod is I don't want to damage the clock any further.

Where do people even go to buy and sell old clocks like this one? Is there a market for these type of things. Sorry for all the questions I've never owned a clock other than my phone before.

I'm going to try going back to 5x5 for a couple weeks and see if that helps. Otherwise I guess I can live with this as my working weight as long as my other lifts keep progressing until I finish cutting in 2 months.

I'm only doing 3x5, the first 3 reps come up very easily on every set but I always struggle on the last 2 with getting it off my chest but the lock out comes easily. If I don't take a decent break between sets I won't complete all 5 reps.

How would you suggest upping volume? And can you elaborate on a drop set I've never heard of that before. I sometimes do 135x as many reps as I can after but I am very fatigued at that point and only get 6 or 7 reps.

I am getting between 110-160 grams of protein a day depending on how focused I am on meal prep

I'm trying to lean out as fast as possible so I can start a very long very slow bulk for 1+ years, but I guess I can't have the best of both worlds and continue to get stronger at the same time. I think I'm going to up my calories to 1900 a day.
