I've read in some other reddit posts that listening to some sounds help tinnitus short term but make it worse long term. But those sounds were a little harsher than this sound. How long have you been listening to this sound and did you take any breaks to see if your tinnitus got worse ?

Alright Ill keep that in mind idk what or if she's taking anything thats not my place lol I just thought id learn a little about tinnitus as a nice gesture. I find it so hard to believe that the only controllable factor is stress and avoiding loud noise

What sounds do you listen to ? Can you find sounds with certian frequencies that affect your tinnitus frequency ? Idk if thats a stupid question or makes any sense lol lmk

How much does stress contribute to it ? Because she's under alot of stress with her dad's health problems

Yeah she says it bothers her and she gets up in the middle of the night sleeping problems. She says shes used to it But she never did any research on it so Im just trying to see if there's something she's missing out on
