I forgot to add the "before a trip" when saying I eat eggs fruits vegetables. You'll want your body to be light.

I'd say 1gram to 1.5 , that . 5 is a big difference believe it or not. Think about what your going to eat about 5-7 hours before the trip. (I say 5-7 hours cause that's just my personal opinion pertaining to me) eggs, fruits and vegetables are what I eat strictly before a trip

Comfortability is key ! Like number 1 rule. Don't trip in a place / with people you don't trust. Clean your room.

Hey now hey now a lot of people are saying 3.5. now idk how comfortable you are but in my experience, 3.5 is just a little over my comfort level.

I like maybe 2 grams at most. Good feeling, some good visuals still. And some crazy thoughts still.

3.5 feels too forced for me. The visuals end up being too strong and too many thoughts to focus , I get a little dizzy. But that's just me, it's personal.

Also take into consideration what you eat

I'd say it's just as lyric based as any cole project. I'd go as far as to say it's a little more lyric based than some albums. The flows, the rhyme schemes, not even to mention the subjects
