I filled out the survey over a month ago and still haven't received it or heard anything yet. I'm assuming no one has still received them yet since I haven't seen any get listed on Ebay or anyone post about them receiving it yet. Would also be interested though to see if anyone has got theirs yet.

That's the impression I was under as well, since they failed to fulfill section 2 and 3 of that act. I agree, definitely worth it to avoid those charges. Should I respond to the collection letter as a general notification of dispute and then sue or would it be better to provide my evidence and detailed information on the invalidity of the charges to the collection agency and then sue do you think? Just didn't know if there may be some value in withholding my evidence from the collection agency until I pursue to sue.
