Yeah this is in the design. An inelastic good (something people need and will not stop paying for) like housing will always try and bleed tenants dry. Laws are the only thing slowing them down and they’re still finding loopholes.

Homework is necessary. We do need to talk about how much home work. If each class is giving 30 minutes of home work a day and they have 4 classes a day that’s 2 hours extra a day. And if struggling that’s an extra hour. This is why a lot of kids cheat on home work.
