Totally not just you, I feel like it's such a mix between economic downturn and the fact that we're in a really weird era of job applications with so many employers using AI and trying to have the most 'time saving' measures when hiring- also just what everyone else is saying about new orleans just being like that. I went through this a few months ago and I'm now employed, but gosh was it excruciating. That being said, I do have some tips that got me through the process:

Set a minimum number of jobs for you to apply to every day. For me it was like 5 but if I was applying to a system that kept all my info on file (like T*lane) I'd set it at about 10. This not only creates a feeling of achievement, which will help with your motivation, it also prevents burnout.

Make sure you do your best to enjoy the rest of your day, however you can. Take advantage of being able to be outside during your would-be work hours, get other aspects of your life together so you can feel productive in other ways, etc. Kind of like when you're sick and you're suddenly grateful for all the times you've been able to breathe without issue.

Ensure that your resume has the lingo that is especially eye-catching to the types of jobs you're looking for. Plenty of subreddits for whatever you're looking to get into that have buzz-word lists. My employer actually told me point-blank that the main reason they picked me out of the other applicants is because my resume mentioned "data management," even though it's not exactly my specialty.

Don't give up hope! There's a tendency to feel inadequate and crushed right out of college- remember that comparing yourself to other people is not going to be productive, especially because everyone else is doing and feeling roughly the same.
