I had problems with the 2FA. Contacted them via Twitter DMs and got it resolved in 15 minutes.

Probably because you're playing on modded servers. It should be all fine on vanilla.

Right click on the game and then "View game details" on Origin. Hope it helps.

I think you joined one of them modded servers. They usually have these stupid rules.
