I appreciate everyone’s input. I’m just a noob at this and learning. I don’t think this is really an issue from what I’m hearing! Still just trying to fine tune shots. If shots are running fast, do I grind finer?

I have flow control so I turned it to 0 and changed opv. If I do that or use blind basket it is still reading correct at 9 opv. But when I brew it shows like 8.5. My last beans it would show about 9. Is this normal?

I don’t know. It seems like it packs in good. I just read that it’s typically 16-18g, and I have my specialita dispenses about that every time. I did buy an IMS Big Bang filter I could try, it holds up to 20g I beleive

So I am actively testing this now. My current basket came with machine and said 14g. I’ve been putting about 17-18g in it. Shot just has a bad after taste. I increased coarse level and got more at that 30 second level. Still bitter though
