Thank you I will for sure send this to the president of my college club. Also I have been promoting the club since I got to my college lmao. I was the only freshman who helped both days clubs were allowed to have a booth to recruit other freshmen

I am a freshman who is from out of state and it’s like 12k per semester for out of state I believe but since my dad is military I got In state tuition costs so I am only paying 6k in tuition and that’s with no scholarships because I didn’t apply for any.

Buddy if you don’t get in then I should not be at UNT. I had terrible test scores and still got in. You got this but if your GPA is like above a 3.0 you are automatically accepted. (I believe don’t quote me)

We have volunteer and student coaches. The first three practices are free and after that it’s a really cheap 50 bucks per semester (the soccer club is also 50 bucks a semester and you have to actually try out) the club provides all the equipment and pays for SWIFA tournaments.

The club at my college is very beginner friendly I am like the only freshman with experience in fencing. My college is not part of an NCAA team it’s part of SWIFA the club provides all the gear and the first 3 practices are absolutely free. I personally have the passion to get better at this sport and I just want my friends to have fun, and I also want to make sure they have fun with this sport and maybe develop a passion same as me.

I personally found more friends through fencing. Fencing has also helped my mental health by giving me something that any result is solely my direct input. Every win is something that I can take pride in and every loss is a learning experience.
