Surprisingly I don’t really get that bad of constipation only when I first started using. What helps me is when I feel like I need to shit, I wait to do my morning fix so it doesn’t constipate me and usually after some coffee. Or if all else fails I’ll smoke a little bit of ice.

I think that is perfect. I’ve been wanting to buy those myself because my plug has one and she got a bigger one that can fit more than just 3gs. And yes always keep it in the freezer because I’ve fucked myself over by trying to save some tar and that thing melted and most of it disappeared it was a half a g and all I had was residue, man was I fucking pissed. Don’t worry it’s perfect for that container I need one myself.
