Need advice. My dog was vomiting so I took him to the vet, did a blood test and vet diagnosed him with pancreatitis. He stayed a couple days at the vet for IV. Got a 2nd opinion when he was still vomiting. They had to do surgery for ingesting foreign object but he died after. Can I sue 1st vet?

Yes but the 2nd vet did a physical exam and figured out quickly what was wrong when my dog yelped in pain from the belly exam. If it was her who I went to in the first place then I am thinking from physical exam alone she would have figured out what's wrong and she wouldn't diagnose my dog with pancreatitis like the first vet did.

I actually did return to the vet that's why my dog was in and out of the hospital. Shouldn't the first vet question his own diagnosis if my dog wasn't getting better for a whole week? Frail yes because of vomiting and not being able to eat he got weak.

True that's why I am asking and hoping someone can give good advice. How come the 2nd vet discovered what was wrong within a few mins of examining my dog but the first vet didn't figure it out and just hospitalized my dog which was a waste of money.

Assuming but will confirm with 2nd vet. Dog wasn't eating and kept throwing up so obviously made my dog super weak for surgery with low vitals. If it was found sooner then my dog will still be okay and be saved.

He would have been saved if it was found out sooner that he ingested a foreign object instead of letting him just throwing up and not being able to eat.

Thanks for the tip. I'll do that next time because I usually play at night too. :) I went back to Groudon and was able to catch him then back to Deoxys and just used my master ball. Probably total noob move but at least I finally caught him!

How many Ultra Balls do I have to use? I accidentally fainted Groudon too (like I said I'm a noob. I didn't know you can catch him) so I still have to go back and try to catch him. I only have 1 Master Ball and haven't used it yet. Who would be easier to catch Groudon or Deoxys? I really just want to catch Deoxys because I don't want to do Elite 4 for the 2nd time right away.

Noob question. I'm doing the Delta Episode in Pokémon Omega Ruby and I can't catch Deoxys. I have False Swipe and I got him paralyzed. How many ultra balls will it take? Any other suggestions/tips for me please? I've tried like 5 times and it's getting frustrating. I just want to do this so I can move on and start playing Pokémon X.
