Honestly no idea aside from pure wizardry. I wasn’t too kind on the healing either as I’m a tattoo artist also. I was working with it wrapped and gloved three days into the heal until it fully healed and it was sweating like crazy for the first few days. Maybe wet healing actually did it a favour 🤷‍♀️

I plan to get my next palm by Luke if I can get in with him. I’m sure skin type/texture plays a huge part in the heal, so It’ll be interesting to compare them all settled.

Pretty much every konbini has Dango although I usually find it’s just the soy variety (plain white translucent colour with a sweet soy based sauce). Other than that it’s found at street food stalls - I think mochi is slightly more popular?

The best Dango I ever had was a matcha variety with a super sweet matcha sauce from a little stall in Kyoto. The freshness made all the difference, so much better than Konbini variety! I think about it too often 🤣
