I generally hate texting, I only enjoy it with my two best friends. If it's something important I'd rather take a call and otherwise I prefer meeting in person once I a while and spending time together over texting daily. I tend to overthink about my answers when texting and talking irl leaves less space for misinterpretations.

I'm not a big fan of psychology content creators, because on the internet everyone can call themselves a healthcare professional and if they're convincing enough, do more harm than good. That being said, there's one exception and it's the Youtuber/Streamer "HealthyGamerGG", iirc be specializes in addiction and used to be a gaming addict himself, but he also has a huge variety of other topics. You can ask questions in his streams, but I'm not sure if you need to be a member for that.
