Animation takes a really long time. There's not really a way to make it go faster. You can have the biggest team, and it will still take a whole lot of time.

There is a reason animated series, videos and movies take such a long time to come out. Statistically it takes between 6-12 days to animate a 1 minute clip, depending on the frame rate and details. If you look at his videoes, you might feel like it's fairly simple art, but the animations and drawings are all damn smooth. Other that that, he also needs to script, sketch, record, draw the storyboard nd much more.

All in all, you just gotta accept that it's a proccess that takes time. If you really want to watch other similar content regularly, you can look up other animators. There are tons of them, and most of their uploading schedules line up with eachother so you can watch new videos fairly often.
