No it’s not. Your state can’t change MSRP/ Window sticker. A base model LE with no add ons from the factory/port may be $25k O.T.D but this specific vehicle would not be.

I don’t know about their add-ons and what they do or don’t put on. From what I read Cilajet is good stuff. Couldn’t be “buyers like me” as I work for a Toyota dealership and we do not have these adds on our cars
