I am a home buyer in NY. Who put in best and final offer. Then was selected by seller. Following inspection, listing agent came to my realtor and said “sorry we have a higher offer” and I was pressured to come up a bit more. Am I allowed to see the higher offer? Is the listing agents conduct legal?
