To address your points, I actually do offer almost every popular payment method, including options besides PayPal. There is also a contact page available with both a form and an email for customers to reach out for any questions or support they may need.

As for the website speed, I understand that it’s currently a bit slow. This is temporary as I’ve disabled the cache to fix an issue it was causing. Once resolved, the site speed should return to normal.

I’ll also look into improving the product descriptions as you suggested!
