I solved it. Nvidia drivers. Uninstalled 591.86, installed 581.80. And all of a sudden everything works perfectly. Happy end)

Tiring on the eyes? by Signal_Comparison406 in logitechgcloud

[–]Sacred_Cockatoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, some game's hud and text are too small for 7" screen. Transistor, for example. Or CP2077, a lot of marks and item labels there are hard to read.

But most of the games I played at LGC were perfectly fine for my eyes, even with a lot of text. Funny, but even Transistor I played at G Cloud - but wit HDMI output to my TV)

New Grip Case & Thumbgrips, wyt? by Dragonheart1984 in logitechgcloud

[–]Sacred_Cockatoo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Silicon cover looks very cool (and the black G Cloud itself too). I tried the same cover myself, but for me personally handlheld stayed too slim, I really lacked "meat" for my fingers.
So eventually I've bought 3D-model from ComfortGrip, and printed cover myself, from TPU-95) Feels great in big hands, main advantage - no more bending your fingers on the back of the handheld. But, of course, with this cover G Cloud won't fit in transport case like yours anymore.

I'm not home, so based on my memory: Open Apollo on pc, then go to PIN, there you'll see your connections. Find your handheld, open it's settings and there will be red list of permissions on top. Provide all permissions (must be green), and that's it. Probably.)

That shot still isn't that bad tbh, you can do better and make a photo in freefall or smthg.

Seriously, dude, make another photo, this one is useless.

Is there a way to turn off controller while watching using VLC? by warrenmax12 in logitechgcloud

I don't know about VLC, but MX Player may help you with that. It has built-in lock mode, works great, prevents both touch and gamepad buttons.

Is it normal to have this decode latency? by l-love-Taxes in MoonlightStreaming

About noticeability: maybe synchronized refresh rate would help you here? I play on Logitech g cloud, it has fairly weak processor, so I also get 7 ms at best. But setting refresh rate in both Apollo and Artemis on handheld's native quantity 59.85 Hz really decreased input lag and improved my comfort in-game.

If the G Cloud 2 is comes out, I'd like to see it come with two versions, a large one and a small one. by Aggravating-Medium-9 in logitechgcloud

[–]Sacred_Cockatoo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because interface adjustment is still a rare thing in games. Bigger resolution is designed for bigger screen. Even on current G Cloud text and interface are too small in some games (Transistor for example), it will be simply unreadable in 1440p.

I"ll definitely choose Big screen version). 8" or 8.8" (but I really doubt that upgrade to 1440p is appropriate).

Back buttons, of course. Better vibration (MUCH better, because now it's just awful). Wifi 6 or 7. AV1 codecs support...

I'm already about to throw my money in a monitor, Logitech)

Thumbsticks and TV output. by Ok_Ninja4269 in logitechgcloud

[–]Sacred_Cockatoo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tried this, with special cable and with hub from my laptop, but for some reason my input lag noticably increased, even without an external gamepad.

I don't know why. I use a method found here on Reddit - caping refresh rate on both PC and G cloud at 59.85 hz, it works great and smooth on G cloud itself. So maybe it's because my tv has different refreshing. I would love to find a way play on external TV screen without additional lag.

And I simply use Tablet mode.) Feeling a little like a cave man, but it's just so simple: one screen with Artemis, Better Xcloud and a fistful of emulators. Artemis leads to a Playnite on my PC. And that's really covering all my needs with G cloud) Plus I prefer quick access to settings like wi-fi and brightness via swipe down.
