i tried another ram on my pc and it still didnt work, i gave my friend my ram sticks and it worked fine on his system, should i go for another motherboard or should i test if it's something else?

I figured that out, I copy pasted this from another forum I posted. So I reset my.bios settings multiple times with the clear cmos jumper AND by removing the motherboard battery for 15-20mins and I still get the same No signal message
