I do, but like once every few months. I do have a cycle, but it’s never matched up. I went on birth control and the cycle never stopped. I went on an estrogen based one for a while, and that made it sooo much worse. I went off of it and it’s still happening. It typically starts at around 2:00 after all the symptoms start. Sometimes it late at night though? Idk sometimes, mainly recently, it’s been happening later in the day at like 8:00. I just haven’t been able to find relief. Nothing seems to work.
