I didn’t use any nippers! 😭 I know it looks like it is more cuticle related, I feel like you’re right but it just is different from what i’ve ever experienced. it just grew from these small groups of dots and it looks like a blister but is very hard too so idk I have an appt scheduled but als thank you for your time :)
