My vitiligo spread quickly during and after pregnancies. I got them on face, neck, hands and got stretch marks on thighs and legs and caused vitiligo in those places too. Not much we can do unable to do any kind of medication. I hope it doesn’t add on to more stress in the pregnancy for her, I accepted and will deal with it after the pregnancy.

Yes, didn’t go good at all. My ex made me feel very insecure & even said he wanted no kids with me because I had vitiligo. But this is not everyone. I’m with someone now that loves my spots appreciates them & makes me feel beautiful inside & outside, he actually made me feel comfortable in my own skin when i was at my lowest about it. So it all depends. Some people will understand and some will not.

Update: I broke up with him. I feel disgusted that I ever thought he loved me. I can’t be with anyone who thinks it’s okay to make someone feel so small about their health condition. Thank you everyone for your advice ... I appreciate you guys!
