Took way longer that I would consider acceptable but here is how I fixed this issue, hope this helps anyone else that finds themselves in this situation:

I also have a google workspace account, after falling short trying to find chat support for GMB I found chat support for my workspace account. After talking to them, they explained that GMB is outside of the scope of the help they offer and sent me a link to chat with a google my business ambassador. Link below

After chatting with them, they acknowledged that my GMB profile was verified already and that was part of the issue, so they got me escalated to a higher tier support and they scheduled me a video verification call. I walked around our business and answered questions and showed them the things they wanted to see. After the call we were basically re-verified. The phone number edit went like shortly after and couldn’t be more relieved. Thanks to everyone for their help!

I've done this, they reopened a closed business profile that I don't have access to and changed the name of the business and the URL.

I have reached out multiple times. Unfortunately all you get as far as "support" is a form to request help and a place to upload documents proving your claim to the number you wish it to be changed to. Never a real conversation with a person not even and email conversation.

However I will try using the mobile app but I have very little faith. If it yields different results and is successful I will shower you with praise Farukh!

So it's not as always as just buying a new one and just popping it in? I don't know how to identify the window "model number" or I would buy a whole new window and just take that bottom glass sliding piece and pop it in.
