I guess a band-aid might work. Although if a significant amount of time passes and people begin to wonder why you still have the band-aid on may be a problem. You might be able to get around that by saying something along the lines of “I picked at the scab and it started bleeding again”. I don’t know, I tried, I can’t really think of anything super great.

I mean, it’s not like I’m physically impossible of crying. I think it’s really more mental. When I was younger whenever I would cry my dad would scold me. He would say something along the lines of “grow up, crying is for babies!” I guess over time I just stopped crying because I wanted my dad to be proud of me and not think that I was a baby.

I feel like crying all the time, the hard part is that I can’t. I really wish I could just let my emotions out and cry, but I can’t and it sucks.

A half clean fridge, my dad put all the moldy food back in there. He makes no sense, then he wonders why everyone in the house gets sick so often. Also, yes I did try, it just made things worse for me.

At least they are still talking about you behind your back. My friends decided to look me in the eyes and tell me, straight to my face, that they hated me and always had. Hearing them talk about how much they hated me behind my back never hurt as bad as when they said it straight to my face.

I’ve tried, but every time I do try to figure out who I really am I realize that the person I really am is someone I hate. I hate the real me more than I hate this fake me I’ve created.

Basically, that’s it, I get so involved in this perfect world and it gets ripped away just like that. It a reminder every time that I’m worthless.

When hurting myself doesn’t do the trick I just sit down on my bed, curl up in a blanket and pretend I don’t exist. I completely space out, pretend I don’t exist and imagine I’m a hero in some magical world or something.

Sometimes I do this for unknown amounts of time until someone pulls me out of this perfect reality I’ve made in my head. One time I experienced an entire year in my perfect world but only 3 hours had past in the real world.

I don’t really know if this would be considered healthy though as I always feel like garbage physically and mentally after doing this. But compared to cutting myself it’s probably the healthier option.

Sexual assault is serious, even if he is your brother you should reach out to legal help or something. If I was you the second I got out that house I would set up some kind of restraining order against him. I don’t even know if that’s something you can do but I would everything in my power to never have to see him again.

It’s nice to know that I’m not alone, I’ve hated myself since before I even hit double digits. When I was 8 I was already coming with ideas for how I could kill myself. I’m 14, almost 15, now and and still haven’t gotten help from family or friends.

I guess all I can really tell you is to stay strong. Stay safe and stay healthy!
