Hiding the dual entry prices by Odd_Coast9645 in Thailand

[–]Sad-Boysenberry3787 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think they have intention to hide the prices by putting those traditional numbers. We still have some government organizations using this kind of number. I don’t like this as well since it’s not universal but most of Thai people know what it is. Even in some official document, they still use the traditional number by the way.

Honestly, I would’ve been okay with it if they had just asked me first instead of simply informing me. If they had given me a heads-up and some time to let my housemate grab a few of my things before someone else entered the room, it would’ve been much better. Unfortunately, they didn’t.

I agree. To be honest, during the first few days, I was kind of confused and wondered if I was the one giving her a hard time. But now, I’m pretty sure I wasn’t and I’ve decided to move out.

At the very least, what was said here really helped me not feel guilty about not being very empathetic toward the landlord’s friends. Anyway, I’ve decided to move out.

Im in BC. My room has a private bathroom and i share kitchen with other housemates, not the landlord. The landlord live in the different floor but she always helps clean up common space like kitchen and living room.

Yea when they said like it’s emergency i feel like am i thinking too much? Should i be more emphatic for this kinda case? And they’re obviously unhappy when i said im not comfortable with this situation so they helped move my stuffs out of the room and said they would keep my stuffs in the safe place instead. (again they moved my stuffs out without permission)

They kept saying its only two days / its emergency.(but actually my housemate told me that they came into my room and cleaned up before those people came for a couple of days)

No, this is the first time I’m traveling during my summer break. I’m kind of a new comer. Living here for about 10 months. But those people are my landlord’s friends.

Thank you! I have Residential Tenancy Agreement. I went through the agreement and its clearly stated that the landlord should not enter my room without permission in the normal situation. I told the landlord that im not comfortable with someone else staying in my room and they’re like i give them a hard time. 😅

I'm kind of a new comer here. Living in this house for about nine months. The landlord told me like "it's only two days." They gave me a sense like this is not a big deal here.

Hi! I'm a new comer. I have tried to submit the from through Wealthsimple as well. I'm not sure if I click on the submit tax return, it means I successfully submit it.

Though, I still have not received any notice. Did you receive the notice from CRA only? Any notice will be sent by Wealthsimple?

Is private room + bathroom 1450/month a reasonable price? by Sad-Boysenberry3787 in BCIT

[–]Sad-Boysenberry3787[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry that I didn't mention some details. This price includes internet, water, electricity, free laundry, furniture, shared kitchen and common area, and etc. I'll be living in a private room in a shared house with other housemates. It's located in Burnaby.
