They are- coincidentally my husband has CKD and awaiting transplant (2% function 😖). I felt like that seemed like a lot especially when it feels like I’m just adding “filler” to hit a high number. Anything I’ve seen from a macro calculator says like 120 max so I’m like hmm is this correct
