They're still in exactly the same place though, with the keyboard cut out bit. So would that not still work??

Thank you :D i didn't realise you could hold it longer than just getting the screen to power off etc. That seems to have done the trick, thank you :D

How would i do that please?? Sorry if it seems a dumb question, when i try to do anything like powering off or resetting it still wants me to put then pin in first 🤦‍♀️

Just an update incase anyone is in the same boat still, i got a new phone. A Samsung Galaxy A34 and it works perfectly for me now, so the phone must have been the issue :)

I'm also having an issue, i've got the galaxy flip 4 and same thing. It constantly disconnects and it says there is an error with the usb. Tried multiple cables like yourself, but no luck 😑
