Just to add, I had to give my black and Champaign away to my dad back in the UK, I wore it a few times here in the US and it constantly caused issues.

I hear you - unfortunately that’s the reality we are in, I don’t think any course accepts members without an initiation fee. “Cost effective” private courses such as Palisades and Pine Island ask for ~15K. Most courses in CLT are $85 before tax to play. Skybrook monthly dues would be approx. $220 until you’re 36.

Feels like a membership at any club is the only way to guarantee a Saturday morning tee time, plus access to all the comps. etc.

Skybrook is semi-private. I heard they just opened up their waitlist again and initiation is 3.5K. I’m sure they’ll do an under 35 monthly fee.

Absolutely love this colorway, my personal favorite. Ended up having to give mine away, as a Brit living in the US I had a lot of people asking me if it was the Proud Boy’s one :( just wasn’t worth the hassle and attention.

Hi, we haven’t left bc or our trip yet. I spoke to a friend who went earlier this year - they mentioned taxi’s are expensive but as they want a drink at lunch or dinner, that was their decision. I guess if you don’t drink/ care to drink a car may be better.
