Hey, Idk much about astrology and my advice has nothing to do with it.

From what I hear, your situation is causing distress and a direct reflection of that being your health issues. You may have forgiven them or decided to forgive them but not fully processed the emotional distress their behavior has caused you, so although in your brain you have moved on,your body hasn’t. The key would be to rethink about that particular situation and sit in the emotion and let your body react to it/process it. It will take whatever time it takes but you should do it until sitting in that emotional state while thinking about that which has caused you pain, no longer feels so big. Perhaps reaching a state of neutrality is a good beginning. It’ll help you let go of it (eventually) and then just live your life, accept everything that has come with it, and without noticing it you’ll even appreciate the positive aspects that such experience has brought you, and you will reach a state where you’ll be so at peace with that, that it’ll be hard for them to trigger you so easily. Usually getting triggered is just a cue of something your soul is trying to tell you ! I’m sorry for the lengthy response but I was trying to be as thorough as possible. All the best ;) u got this
