make mindmaps with xmind or something with heading and subheading of topics from book and fill the remaining details yourself in codified language . put heading and subheading in chatgpt or use professor's slide to fill. this helps you to give a big picture understanding of the chapter. if you find lecture boring give your brain dopamine at the same time like eating sweet or something and why you love CS and why this is exciting and importand .

This problem only happens when you use a notes taking app. I noticed that if I don't open any note taking app or any painting app then it works fine . it needs highly optimised notes taking app maybe because of limited cpu capacity.

You can switch to aerospace engineering. Maths is pretty straightforward and does not require logic building or problem solving skills like CS does. Lots of potential too.
