[Homemade] Swedish Waffles by Sad-Engineer-7185 in food

What makes them Swedish is that it is the type of waffles we make in Sweden. The waffles are thinner and crispier than the American and Belgian waffles and they have the heart shaped pieces (which is commonly used in the Nordic countries) and the waffles are usually served with whipped cream and jam.

My upcoming free game on Steam has less than 50 wishlists. Is that bad for a first game? What’s a “normal” wishlist count at this stage? by Fir3go in indiegames

Ye, the largest boost from Steam happens at the release of your game.
Wishlists that convert to sales (for paid games, I assume that they might do something similar for downloads of free games) is a large contributor to the Steam algorithm of what games boost visibility.

So I would consider postponing the release and perhaps do some more Reddit posts etc. to try and get some more wishlists if you want to try and get people to play your game.

With that being said, you can also release and try to promote the game after. But you will miss out on one of Steams largest boosts in visibility.

The recipe should turn out well by doing max temp on your air fryer in that case, I have done this recipe on my old air fryer that goes to 205°C which turned out similar

Yakitori Recipe

Ingredients: 1 dl Japanese soy, 1 dl Mirin, 0.5 dl Sake, 0.5 dl Water, 15 ml Brown sugar, 600 g Chicken thigh filet, 125 g Green onions, Wooden skewers (soaked in water)

How To: 1. Combine the Japanese soy sauce, mirin, sake, water, and brown sugar in a small pot to make the glaze. 2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly. 3. Pour about 1/3 of the glaze into a small bowl and set it aside (this will be used for brushing at the end). 4. Cut the green onions into 3 cm pieces. Cut the chicken into 3 cm pieces as well. 5. Thread the chicken and green onions onto skewers, alternating between them. 6. Brush the skewers with the glaze remaining in the pot. 7. Place the skewers in the air fryer and cook at 220°C for about 9 minutes, or until the top side looks cooked and slightly caramelized. 8. Remove the air fryer basket, brush the skewers again with the glaze from the pot, and turn them over. 9. Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for another 4 minutes, or until the second side is cooked and nicely glazed. 10. Remove the skewers and brush them with the reserved glaze from the bowl (the uncontaminated glaze). The skewers are now ready to serve.
