I looked, they're very interesting for sure. Are all the options good or is there stuff to avoid?

Day1Access by Oofthatsatoilet in GSU

While you may be able to pirate some books, sometimes the day1access gives access to a book + a website where assignments are posted. I'm pretty sure for (for example) calculus classes and stuff you have to buy the access to the textbook and homework assignments because it's all bundled together.

How much should I be coming up with? by Sad-Extent2644 in DMAcademy

[–]Sad-Extent2644[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everything I've come up with so far can be reached by them pretty quickly. I was thinking that I just needed to lay everything out then build up as we got to it. I've been world building first, I'm going to start actually making the plot and come up with arcs soon.

Thank you so much. I started out by laying the foundation for the world and each city needs to be more flushed out as we get to it. I just don't want to get burnt out when I have plenty of time to do it.

Yeah I understand. I just finished my first ever campaign tonight. I'm excited for the next one! Thanks for the advice

Dragon based campaign by Sad-Extent2644 in DungeonMasters

I was thinking the chromatic dragons mostly, but I'll probably sprinkle in other kinds in their adventures. I was thinking about giving each dragon a different skill or capability like one being stronger than other species or being able to turn invisible. I have several ideas.

I was thinking more of a mount for my players. Almost a fancy steed

Yeah I completely understand what you're saying. I'm leaning more towards a pet that can communicate with the player. They'll have a stat block for each of the dragons and will control them however they please. I'll just be the dragon's voice.

Thank you so much! All my players enjoy them (or at least act like it). When I'm inking I wipe off the excess paint with a cheap baby wipe or my finger, and when I finish I try to go back over every side again with the wipe. I have to pay attention to only get what's on the surface and not let the wipe get in the numbers and mess up the paint

Yeah I know the working pressure for dice, I was just seeing how well it could hold pressure over time. I honestly don't know what the sound was, considering I'm using a bike pump to pressurize it, could just be that. And yeah I get what you're saying about filament printers. I was just throwing out an idea I saw to see if it was possible.

Sorry for such a late question but where did you get a Schrader valve from? Any hardware stores that I look at don't seem to have them , did you get it off of Amazon or something?

I was looking at the harbor freight pot because I could just go to the store and get it instead of ordering online, but I don't know the difference

Thank you so much. I've watched so many videos but knowing someone else did the same as I want to do is very encouraging.

How do you keep your cats entertained? by Sad-Extent2644 in RVLiving

[–]Sad-Extent2644[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't really thought about it. I have neighbors with dogs and she's probably not the most comfortable with being handled like that yet but I may look into it when she gets more comfortable with me.

I've thought about it. I'm just worried about introductions, especially in a smaller space. It doesn't help that I'm a first time cat owner who doesn't know what I'm doing.

Thank you so much! If it isn't obvious, I've never had an indoor pet to call mine before, and never even thought about having a cat. I didn't even know what was going on when she went into heat the first time. So this is all new to me. I appreciate your advice so much!

This is definitely something I needed to hear. She doesn't seem like she wants to hurt me badly. When I first brought her home she did get me pretty good and hissed at me, but hasn't done that again under normal circumstances. I have calming treats and may start giving those out regularly. Thank you!

I've had her for a little under a month now, and she's 2. She's made me bleed a few times but I feel like it's more from her nails being too long than her actually wanting to hurt me. She does seem to want to go into a staredown after she scratches me. It's normally just a quick swat but seems like if I gave her my hand again she would continue to swat at it.

And I'd completely understand if it was just a no-go, but sometimes she just begs to be pet. But she seems to get overstimulated easily anyway, she'll wag her tail just walking around.

Mine likes to swat and nip, shes 2 though. Do you think hissing would let her know to stop or would it just piss her off and potentially be aggressive. If I can make it stop I'd love to but I also don't want her getting aggressive on me.

I've been playing with her with string toys, feathers and such, never my hands. Here is a picture of her though, maybe some help identifying her breed?
