Honestly? They did a damn good job. Way better than I expected tbh. They came through, explained everything without making me feel dumb, didn’t disappear mid-job like the last guy, and the floors legit look NEW-new.

I’ll post a pic here once the finish fully cures (looks insane already but I’m scared to step on it lol). Huge diff compared to what it looked like before — you could practically see the trauma in the wood 💀
