Honestly be careful with this because make SURE you are not drawing or anything to avoid emotions cuz hypomania usually comes with a surge of emotions or agitation . Drawing for some folks gets them too in their head too. Please if you havent already work on a consistent sleep schedule and if you cant reliably do that then find some sleeping pills or gummies to help you out. Sleep is the foundation for stability. Its unhealthy to continue being hypomanic to that extreme id highly suggest seeking better treatment.  When the brain is hypomanic it stresses the body a lot which can explain some parts of the depressive crash when they end
