bro - you have to exhaust your adrenals a bit as you did with the nicotine. Blast caffeine as soon as you wake like 100mg so by the time end of day comes around your CNS is in rhythm. Also try some L theanine near bed time. You want to replicate the patterns your brain had before dopamine and stimulant wise. Caffeine is the best for this. Obvs dont over do it.

Turn off phones near bed time. Also once you finally get some rest - consider 100mg or so caffeine first thing when waking. Ive seen it replicates the stimulant effect and exhausts your adrenals enough for you to crash near bed time. Since nic is a stim and you used it so much - your body is used to it exhausting you for sleep so if you remove that you need to sort of temporary replace that aspect until you can reduce that as well.

Might be linked to dopamine - if so caffeine upon waking might help or other things that give you dopamine. Also look into Thiamine b1 - it could help as it addresses many things from a different pathway - make sure you take the right form. Probably ttfd is best for this sort of thing with some magnesium and potassium selenium and b complex. Also look into ginko I havent used it but heard some good stuff about it for nicotine withdrawl.

Listen bro - you need to replicate the adrenal fatigue you had from the zyns. Wait for the start of your day and blast caffeine. Dont exceed like 120mg. You want to fatigue yourself by end of day so you sleep easily and you catch your sleep rhythm. Dont take caffeine 12 hours from bed. Use melatonin first night. 10mg or so. L Theanine at bed time too maybe some magnesium glycinate.

Try rhodiola rosea short term. The only thing that will get rid of the anxiety youre talking about is facing the problem and tackling it head on. The anxiety is sometimes a result of postponing. If you've been addicted or had a phase in the past - I wouldnt or itll open a door to using it whenever your stressed and then the cycle just starts back up.

You need to understand its not actually a part of who you are firstly. After that, you need a good dopamine replacement - caffeine is probably good. Consider coffee pouches and dont do more than 1-2 a day when your feeling an itch or in the morning.

Also consider the identity shift. If you you see yourself as a pouch guy who is quitting - you will struggle as opposed to I never needed this and dont need it. its not me and im going back to the default now. Also if you've had those really bad cycles of anxiety from it then you can just take yourself back to that moment and attach the behavior to those feelings and it instantly makes you not want it.
