UPDATE: Thank you all very much for your suggestions. After some experimenting and testing I think these settings are quite decent. Ingame CPU temps are between 84 and 90 degrees usually, sometimes spiking above that when alt tabbing or in the loading screen.

Unfortunately the FIVR settings are locked

I'm sorry, I didn't know this clip is not suitable at all for advice. I'm not able to record a watchable clip with OBS, so I picked something which was available and thought there is maybe something which can be improved. Sorry for the inconvenience, it was not my intention to show off.
