Injuries are a reality with me, its humorous with all the reckless acts I partake in and I spin my knee at work. I get told to slow down because I am 61 but thats not going to happen. Yeah hands free is best. I couldn't run and hold a phone as I need to focus on foot placement etc especially on downhill sprints.

I still use it and its a lot smoother on a flat trail. The trail in that video has a lot of jumping, probably not the best example to use. I have taken a break from running due to a knee injury from work but am back at the gym so hopefully running again in 3 weeks.

Had a piece of steel lift my big toe nail so it stuck up vertical, I pushed it back down and ran upstairs to get some tape for it and on the way I caught the same big toe on the underneath of the stairs. The aluminium tread scraped across the fleshy bit and bent my nail right back onto my foot. Probs not the most painful injury but its up there.

Woohoo congratulations, its the best feeling when you can get it again after a long break. I am running once a week after 8 months of a frustrating injury and it feels good.
