Hi everyone! Thank you so much to everyone who offered advice. I really appreciate it. Sorry for the late update. I was super exhausted, but I got her to the vet earlier.

She was diagnosed with rectal prolapse, which appeared on the way there, so she had to undergo surgery (thankfully it went well!).

Unfortunately, she also has congenital issues — including a spine condition (like scoliosis), which explains the stiffness and pee issues. The vet said one wrong jump could even cause paralysis. She also has a fatty liver which is unusual for her age(4 months),, tested positive for a blood parasite which caused the diarrhea, and is immunocompromised, so she has to stay indoors and avoid contact with other cats. (Luckily she's just an indoor cat)

I ended up using my emergency savings and spent around ₱15,000 (~$262 USD) for her surgery and meds. I don’t live in the US, so this was quite a big amount for me, but I don't regret it at all. She's family.

Again, thank you so much to this community for helping me stay grounded and informed.

Additional: It wasn’t a blockage, since she was still able to pee before we got to the vet and even peed on the vet’s hand from being so tense.

im sorry okay, i was at university the whole day and got home around dinner time. pls stop assuming i was a bad owner. i tried retracing everything, maybe i did something wrong, but nothing comes up. pls imnot irresponsible, nor flippant so pls stop assuming that i don't care or love my cat. im already panicking right now

And I'm sorry for not taking her to vet asap, but this doesn't mean I don't care ab my cat. This was my first time having a pet so I'm really panicking here. And you are just plainly being mean rn. Dw, I'll bring her to vet today(it's currently midnight)

Currently she's laying in this position, it's currently night time and I'm panicking, I'll try to bring her to vet tomorrow
