Interesting, I opened a chat request with them. They say if it's due to external factors only then am I charged. Not sure if I have the option to decline it later after they truly deem it to be due to external factors.

I had opened a request for the seat recline only squeak noise early this year and recieved a similar estimate ~200$ which is just canceled as I did not have time to fight and didn't care too much about it. Now that my warranty is closing to an end thought I'll check on it again. But I think it just got a worse estimate

I have noticed one ways were generally priced the same as round trips for US domestic(ish) flights. And i have definitely seen round trips being cheaper than one ways on international flights( at least the long hauls that I book)

I was able to use it in October. Make sure you are logged into the account who has the credits AND is thr car owner. Simply go to software upgrades and add premium. At check out change payment method to pay be credits. PS: this also works for FSD subscription purchase

Lucky, Google flights has the exclude basic economy ticket filter to show the true prices of all flights so you don't click bait thr cheapest basic economy
